採茶體驗:親自體驗摘採嫩綠的茶葉,感受茶葉初生機與嫩綠
參觀茶廠:導覽認識環境,認識茶葉製作的設備
製作茶葉:體驗茶葉的製作步驟,包括萎凋、揉捻和烘焙等過程
茶入生活:體驗傳統擂茶、製作茶果凍、學習如何炸茶葉
茶葉分類: 在茶師傅的指導下,學習辨別不同種類茶葉的特徵和品質
聯誼活動: 以小組方式進行活動,讓參與者更了解彼此,團隊合作製茶
茶葉品鑒比賽:學習茶葉品鑒方法,在指導下進行盲測,選出優等茶王
頒獎: 頒發茶葉品鑒比賽的獎項與結業證書
美味餐點:包含3餐茶香風味蔬食餐點、早餐以及好茶續杯
住宿:安排入住茶山民宿
小禮物:自製茶葉、自製茶凍
Program Outline
Take a deep breath, wander through the tea mountains, and soak in the richness of nature.
Tea Picking Experience: Pluck tender tea buds by hand and feel the gentle energy of new spring growth beneath your fingertips.
Tea Factory Tour: Explore the tea-making environment and gain an understanding of traditional processing equipment and methods.
Tea Crafting: Engage in the key steps of tea production—withering, rolling, and roasting—as you turn fresh leaves into fragrant tea.
Tea in Daily Life: Discover tea’s playful side- try your hand at traditional lei cha (pounded tea), make refreshing tea jelly, and even learn how to fry tea leaves for a crunchy treat.
Tea Classification Workshop: Under the guidance of a tea master, learn to distinguish various types of tea by appearance, aroma, and quality.
Mingle Activity: Work in small teams to foster connection and collaboration while crafting tea together.
Tea Tasting Challenge: Put your senses to the test with a blind tasting competition. Learn the techniques of tea evaluation and select the finest tea among the group.
Awards & Certificates: Celebrate the journey with awards for the tasting challenge and receive a certificate of completion.
Delicious Plant-Based Meals: Enjoy three flavorful vegetarian meals infused with tea, plus a nourishing breakfast and unlimited refills of fine tea.
